Online agents typically charge an upfront flat fee regardless of outcome — meaning they’re paid whether your property sells or not, and often provide minimal support after listing. Our no-sale-no-fee structure means we’re fully motivated to achieve the best price for you. We also attend viewings, negotiate offers and manage the chain through to completion.
For sales: our 1% + VAT success fee is the only charge from us. You’ll also need a solicitor/conveyancer (separate cost) and an EPC if you don’t already have one (we can arrange this). For lettings: all fees are clearly stated in your written quote before you instruct us. No mid-tenancy surprises.
Yes — the monthly management percentage applies each month while a tenancy is active. This covers rent collection, maintenance management, compliance oversight and all ongoing landlord communication. The Let Only fee is a one-off charge at the start of the tenancy only.
